About Us

I met and fell in love with my first Selkirk about six years ago.  I started my breeding program three years ago.  My cats and kittens live in my house, not in cages, and receive a lot of love and attention. I can't imagine having it any other way. When your new kitten gets to you, they won't have the traumatic transition of learning how to live in a household.  They grow up with kids, other cats, and dogs.  Most of the kittens sleep in one of the "people" beds every night. I like to think that by raising my kittens this way, you will be bringing a wonderfully balanced kitten into your family.  I have also shown several of my cats, with wonderful success.  I am looking forward to showing my new girls, Junie B. and Andi, this show season.  My cattery is registered with CFA, TICA and ACFA, and I will be showing in all three registries.
My cats have all been tested for all known cat diseases, and have been vaccinated appropriately. I don't self-vaccinate any of my cats or kittens.  They go to the vet's office to receive all shots and dewormings, where they also receive well-checks all along the way. This is more costly, but I believe it is the right thing to do. The kittens come with two sets of vaccinations and a written health guarantee.
Shipping is available, and it usually runs between $250-$275.  I ship out of Tulsa, Oklahoma City or Fayetteville.  If you have any questions, just call or email me. Even if you don't want a kitten right now, I don't mind answering your questions.  Please tell me a little bit about yourself, as I don't respond to anonymous emails. If you don't see a kitten that you like, I would be more than happy to refer you to another breeder.
